Contact CrewStack
One inbox, read by the people who write the pages. We answer within one business day, and we would rather be corrected than be wrong in public.
Corrections and pricing errors
corrections@crewstackguide.com
Include the page URL, the figure you believe is wrong, and where the correct one is published. These emails go to the top of the queue — a wrong price makes the whole site worthless.
What to write to us about
| Topic | Where it goes | Response |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong price or outdated figure | corrections@ | Same or next business day |
| Factual challenge to a review | corrections@ | Within two business days |
| “You should cover this tool” | editors@ | We read all of them; we don't promise coverage |
| Affiliate or partnership enquiry | partners@ | Within three business days |
| Press or data request | press@ | Within three business days |
Replace these addresses with your live domain before launch. Do not ship a contact page with a placeholder inbox — it is the fastest way to lose a reader's trust.
What we don't do
- Paid reviews or paid placement. We do not accept payment for a ranking, a review or a mention, and we do not run sponsored comparison tables.
- Pre-publication vendor review. Vendors do not see articles before publication. If a fact is wrong, we correct it afterwards, publicly.
- Consulting. We don't sell software selection advice or implementation services — the conflict of interest would be obvious.
Before you email about a tool recommendation
Tell us your trade, crew size, whether insurance work is central, and which two tools you are choosing between. We can't advise on your business, but that detail helps us spot gaps in our coverage — and coverage gaps are how most of our articles start.
Postal address: add your registered business address here before launch. If you operate from Bangladesh and would prefer not to publish one, say so plainly on this page rather than inventing an address — readers forgive distance far more readily than fake details.
